Ticket Types and Custom Fields

Actions, API and Admin

Track additional context details directly within a ticket instead of referring to external sources.

To add ticket types/groups/fields:

  1. From the top, right corner of the platform, click Settings .
  2. From the left navigation, click Tickets.
  3. Click Ticket Types.
  4. Click the option to Add Type, Add Group, or Add Field.
  5. After configuring the type details, you can view them within the Ticket Detail:
