Ticket Reminder and Overdue Notifications

Team members can receive automated notifications when tickets are soon to be due or past due.

To edit ticket rule:

  1. From the top, right corner of the platform, click Settings .
  2. From the left navigation, click Automation.
  3. Under the Ticket category, click Add Rule.
  4. Add a Name to the rule, and set the Criteria to Escalation equal to the due status you want.
  5. Click Save.
