Ticket Notification Permissions

Control which Tickets events you’re notified about.

New email notifications are available for Ticket Created, Queue Assigned, Stage Changed< Tag Applied, and Note Added.

To set Ticket notification permissions:

  1. From the top, right corner of the platform, click Settings .
  2. From the left navigation, click Roles.
  3. Click the Edit icon next to the role you want to modify.
  4. Select the Alert permission(s) under Tickets > MANAGING.
  5. Click Save.
