Create, find, and close tickets more easily.

Within the Tickets Summary view, you can now multi-select tickets to apply bulk actions, such as closing the ticket or changing ticket queue, stage, tags, or due date.

You can also filter tickets by status: Responded, Unresponded, Pending Approval.

A new Create Ticket button is available for you to manually create a ticket.

When you receive a ticket email notification, you now have the ability to initiate a close from your email.
