Actions

Export Tickets data for further analysis using any Business Intelligence tool.

To view fulfillment status in list view:

  1. From the Tickets dashboard, filter the set of tickets that you want to export.
  2. From the Options (…) button, click Export All.
  3. In the Export Columns window, choose the columns to include in the export, and then click Export.
