Tag a Location in Twitter Posts


Tag a geographical location on Twitter posts.

When creating posts for Twitter, tag a geographical location to increase the likelihood that your post shows in the feed of nearby Twitter users.

To tag a location:

  1. Initiate post creation from one of the following areas:
    • Click the left nav bar (+) Create New button and choose Social Post.
    • On the content tab in the Library.
    • Click on any day of the Calendar.
    • Click into a Campaign.
  2. In the Create Post page, select Twitter under Publish to.
  3. Select the location(s) for the post and compose the message.
  4. Click Tag a location.
  5. Select the desired location.

    To mention a Twitter page, use the @ Mentions functionality.

  6. Click Save.
  7. Once satisfied with the post, click Publish Now or Publish Later.
  8. Click Submit to finish the post.
