Survey request and completion metrics in the same report.
Analyze the customer feedback process with survey request and completion metrics in the same report. Customize the metrics shown from the lists below:
- Sent (Delivered)
- NPS – Detractors (0-6)
- NPS – Passives (7-8)
- NPS -Promoters (9-10)
- Star Rating
- Top Box
- Bounce Rate
- Click-Through Rate
- Completion Rate
- Response Rate
- Syndication Rate
To run the Performance Metrics report:
- From the Reports tab, expand the Survey 3.0 category.
- Click Performance Metrics.
- Click Customize.
- Within the report properties, select the survey(s) you want to measure, the metrics, and quality preferences.
- Click Preview to view your changes.
- When satisfied with your changes, click Save As. Export or schedule as needed.
