Social community managers who respond to incoming posts or comments can enable specific social sources to be directed into the Inbox.

All incoming social posts, comments, and replies from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn are captured as individual conversations in the Inbox. Conversations can be assigned to users or roles. Assignment will trigger email notifications to those assignees. Interaction handling reports are available for average response times.
