Customize opt-out and help response text for SMS.
Customize the automated text messages sent when customers respond to SMS requests with opt-out or help keywords. Include tenant or location-specific support contact information in automated responses.
To customize automated SMS messages:
- From the platform, click Settings ().
- From the left panel, click Requests.
- Click SMS Opt-In.
- Click the Edit icon next to SMS Opt-In.
- Adjust the language for the opt-in message, opt-out keywords, opt-out message, help keywords, and/or help message. Provide a support phone number and/or support email to pull into the help message.
Support phone and email can also be provided at the location level. In the Admin panel, click Locations, choose your location, and click the Edit icon to set the support phone and email under General Information.
- Click Save.
