Monitor incoming call traffic 24 hours a day.
Consumers may try to contact your business outside of working hours. You can now monitor incoming traffic 24 hours a day, as opposed to the default hours between 5am and 9pm. Knowing a full picture of consumer demand allows you to adjust working hours or phone coverage.
To configure the Insights Time of Day widget:
- From the Reports tab, click Create Report.
- Expand the Listings category.
- Drag-and-drop the Insights Time of Day widget onto the report.
- Click Customize.
- Select the Show data across 24h check box, and click Apply.
- Click Save.
- Adjust the report filters to view the report results.
