Monitor incoming call traffic 24 hours a day.

Consumers may try to contact your business outside of working hours. You can now monitor incoming traffic 24 hours a day, as opposed to the default hours between 5am and 9pm. Knowing a full picture of consumer demand allows you to adjust working hours or phone coverage.

To configure the Insights Time of Day widget:

  1. From the Reports tab, click Create Report.
  2. Expand the Listings category.
  3. Drag-and-drop the Insights Time of Day widget onto the report.
  4. Click Customize.
  5. Select the Show data across 24h check box, and click Apply.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Adjust the report filters to view the report results.
