Response approvals for social post responses and private message responses

Approve responses to private messages and/or social post within the Inbox.

Some organizations have a flow set up where all outgoing responses to social post or private messages need to be approved before being sent to the consumer by users that have authority to approve responses. This feature enables oversight and control over communications to the consumer.

If an approval flow is set up the approver will be be notified via email to approve a response written by a user without approve permissions. When users without the permission to approve a social post response or private message response writes a response, the response input box will indicate that their response requires approval.

Private message response approvals are available in the Reputation Inbox. Social post response approvals are available in the Social Live Streams and in the Reputation Inbox.
