Respond to Completed Surveys via SMS


It’s “just” what it says: respond to survey results via SMS message and improve customer engagement by reaching survey respondents via their preferred channel of communication.

This can be used as long as:

  1. The customer phone numbers exist in the platform.
  2. The survey request was sent via SMS (either as a survey link or a back-and-forth Conversational Survey).

Ensure that you received the consent from your consumers for SMS messaging.
