If you often take pictures of your happy customers to showcase on social media, you can now use the Reputation Live mobile app (iOS | Android) to capture the customer’s consent and post the photo online.

To use the Snap & Post feature:

  1. Update the Reputation Live mobile app on your device.
  2. After logging into the app, tap the Camera option (Post a photo).
  3. Take the picture. Either tap Retry to take the photo again, or tap OK when you’re satisfied with it.
  4. Pass the screen to the customer to obtain consent.
  5. Select the location(s) and channels you want to post to, and then type your message.
  6. Choose to post immediately or schedule for later.
