Showcase your team’s closure/response performance, and understand how your backlog has changed during the selected date range.

To view the progress leaderboard:

  1. From the Reports tab, expand the Tickets category.
  2. Click the Closing Summary or Response Summary reports.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Choose the metric you want to summarize, and click Save As.
  5. Enter a name for the new report, and click Save.
