Only Pinnacle enrolled dealerships are eligible to opt out of, or reinstate the Reputation Management Survey. Dealership opt out/reinstatement will take approximately 2 business days to complete, upon form submission.

    Choosing this option stops all RepMan 3-Question Surveys to this dealership’s Cadillac Sales and Service Customers Only. Dual stores that send RepMan 3-Question Surveys for other brands under the SFE program requirements will continue to send the RepMan 3-Question surveys for those brands.

    Choosing this option reinstates all RepMan 3-Question Surveys to this dealership’s Cadillac Sales and Service Customers.
