New Actions Dashboard Columns

Actions

Add new ticket details to your dashboard for increased visibility and reporting.

When configuring your Actions dashboard, there are now four additional columns you can include:

  • Tags
  • Created Date
  • Location Code
  • Channel

To edit ticket columns:

  1. Navigate to the Actions tab.
  2. Click Edit Columns.
  3. Select the columns you would like to include in your dashboard view.
  4. Click Save.
