The Reputation Mobile app has been updated for iOS and Android.

In the Reputation Mobile app, users can expect to see the following enhancements for Inbox:

  • Select and insert macros in responses.
  • Select and insert variables in responses.
  • Assign conversations to specific Users and Roles.

To access messages on mobile:

  1. Once logged in to the Reputation mobile app, tap Inbox.
  2. Tap any conversation to respond.
  3. Tap the icons at the bottom to insert macros and/or variables.
  4. Tap the ellipses in the upper right corner to assign the conversation.

Only users with access to Inbox with the proper role permissions can manage messages.
