Manage and map departmental listings to your main locations.

Google encourages local businesses with multiple departments to set up multiple listings, one for the primary location page and one for each department.

  • The platform will map each listing to a location. Main listing will map to primary location and department listing to a secondary location.
  • The Reputation Score of primary locations will include the reviews of the secondary locations for all clients with departmental listings.
  • This change will ensure that the local businesses can get credit for all the feedback left by consumers on their department GMB pages.
  • Departmental listings can be managed through CSV import, API and Business Listings user interface.
