Listings Additional Hours


Publish unique hours of operation on Google listings.

Set additional hours for each listing profile to be published to Google.

To add More Hours to individual profiles:

  1. From the Listings tab, click Profiles.
  2. Click Edit on the selected location profile.
  3. Under the Offices section, navigate to Business Hours.
  4. Click Add Business Hours.
  5. From the drop down, select a type for the additional hours. Options vary by primary category selected.

    The hour types available are determined by Google.

  6. Adjust the hours and click Submit.

To add More Hours in bulk via importer:

  1. From the Listings tab, click Profiles.
  2. Click Download.
  3. Select profiles to download and columns to include. The spreadsheet format defaults to CSV.
  4. Click Download.
  5. Open the CSV file and make changes to the profiles you want within a spreadsheet editor.
    • Locate the Office X > Hours X > Type column. Enter the hours type: Online Service Hours, Access Hours, Senior Hours, Pickup Hours, Kitchen Hours, Takeout Hours, Delivery Hours, Drive-Through Hours, Brunch Hours, Happy Hour Hours.

      Options vary by primary category selected.

    • Enter the hours for each day of the week.
  6. When finished with your changes, save the file.
  7. In the platform, click Import.
  8. Follow the prompts to import your file.

Additional hours display on GMB after click “More Hours.”

More Hours can also be updated via API.
