View and reply to all your media streams in one place.
The Live Streams page allows you to monitor and respond to comments across your social channels all in one place. You can also set up notifications to receive alerts for new comments or posts.
Stream View allows you to monitor, like, and comment on posts from your social audience separated out by site.
Narrow your focus by utilizing one or a combination of the filtering options:
|Top Line Filters||Standard platform filters plus any custom filters added to your account. You can also filter by Source. Click the plus (+) to add filters.
|Post Type||View organic, paid, or boosted posts only. Available for the Facebook stream only.|
|Response Status||View all posts, or posts with unresponded or responded comments.
Interacting with Streams
Monitor and take part in the conversation happening on social sites by taking action on your posts.
|Comment||Comment on the post or on another user's comments.|
|Like||React to the post or another user's comments.|
|Boost||Available for Facebook posts only. Must have Boosting account configured.|
Social Community Management in Inbox
Social posts, comments, and replies from connected Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages also appear as conversations in Inbox, making it easier to stay on top of customer inquiries and get to “Inbox Zero.”
Reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager to enable Inbox for your account. Roles require Inbox > Conversations permissions to manage messages.
To respond in Inbox:
- From the Inbox tab, click into your desired post.
- Click Open Comments on the post.
- Type your response. Optionally insert a response template, add emoji(s), or attach a file.
- Click Respond.
