Schedule Reports

Track the audience discussion and sentiment around your monitors without logging into the platform.

Reports

Each row on the Reports tab includes the report name, type, start date, end date, and status.

Status Definition
Pending Pending reports are in the process of generating.
Editable Editable reports are available to open and make edits to.
Published Published reports can no longer be edited. This is an indicator that the report was either emailed or edits were closed by another user.
Error If the report ends in an error.

By default, the Reports tab shows reports run within the last 30 days. Click on the date range to adjust your search.

To create a new report:

  1. From the Listen tab, click Reports.
  2. Click the plus icon (Create Report).
  3. Adjust report settings:
    • Name: Give your report a name.
    • Report Type: Defaulted to Dashboard Report.
    • Select Dashboard: Choose the dashboard to include in your report. You can only choose one per report.
    • Select Segment: Optionally select a segment of data to include in your report.
    • Repeat this Report: Toggle on to schedule the report for regular delivery. Toggle off to use as a one-time report.
    • Time Range: Select a time range of data to include in your report. Options range from the last 6 hours to year to date. You can also apply a custom date range and time.
    • Time Zone: Select the time zone for your designated time range.
    • Select Monitors: Select up to three monitors to include in your report.
    • Email Group: Select who should receive this report.
  4. Click Create Report.
  5. Optionally, adjust report settings to automate delivery. Frequency options include: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Edit report statuses, names, date ranges, and recipients by clicking the gear icon.


Schedules

Set up reports to be delivered to your inbox on a regular basis.

To create a new schedule:

  1. From the Listen tab, click Reports.
  2. click the Reports drop-down and select Schedules.
  3. Click the plus icon to create a schedule.
  4. Adjust schedule settings:
    • Name: Give your schedule a name.
    • Report Type: Defaulted to Dashboard Report.
    • Select Dashboard: Choose the dashboard to include in your schedule. You can only choose one per report.
    • Select Segment: Optionally select a segment of data to include in your schedule.
    • Repeat this Report: Toggle on to schedule the report for regular delivery. Toggle off to use as a one-time schedule.
    • Schedule Settings: Select how often this schedule will deliver your report. Options include: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. You can also select a specific time and time zone for your report delivery.
    • Report Settings: Set the time range to include in your report. Options include: day, week, 2 weeks, month, quarter, year. You can also select a specific time that your range should begin as well as time zone.

      Toggle Automatically Publish on to automatically freeze the report and publish it to an email.

    • Select Monitors: Select up to three monitors to include in your schedule.
    • Email Group: Select who should receive this scheduled report.
  5. Click Create Schedule.
