Outrank competitors and drive more business from local search — and start off your customers’ experience the right way.

Accurate listings data across the web is imperative for your business to be found over your competitors. The “Big Five” listing sources account for 91% of listings traffic and are a great place to start:

  • Google Maps
  • Apple Maps
  • Google / Google My Business
  • Bing
  • Facebook

The Listings tab allows you to monitor and maintain the online presence for all your locations across the web to match your source of truth.

Performance

The Listings Performance tab provides visibility into how many people view and take action on your Google, Bing and Facebook listings.

Track clicks to your website, phone calls and directions in addition to listings views. Dive into the types of searches that trigger your listings to show, uploads and views of your Google media, as well as track your Google Post impressions over time.

Listing Accuracy

The Listing Accuracy tab allows you to monitor the actions taken to manage the accuracy of your listings.

Break out published, pending or not fulfillable listings to see how many data points are correct, incorrect and fixed for your selected locations. View accuracy and data points fixed metrics across high-trafficked sources like Google and Bing.

Listing Details

The Listing Details tab allows you to quickly see where discrepancies exist for each of your locations. Monitor when the platform last audited your listings.

Click into any location to compare your source of truth to the live data on top source sites. View profile data for each location and add, change or delete existing data points.

Publisher Suggestions

Publisher Suggestions helps you keep your listings data accurate based on feedback received from users and publisher sites.

You can either reject or accept the suggested change. If you accept, the system will automatically update your source of truth and publish to all publisher sites.

Duplicates

The Duplicates tab helps you identify, evaluate, and resolve potential duplicate location listings.

Compare listing data side-by-side and choose which are duplicates and which are not. Once identified as a duplicate, the listing is suppressed and changes are permanent.

Google Q&A

The Google Q&A tab pulls in questions and their corresponding answers from your Google My Business knowledge panels.

Monitor user generated questions and answers across all locations. Answer questions directly from the platform for consolidated management.

Profiles

The Profiles tab houses your source of truth data.

Add new location profiles, update data for locations one by one or in bulk and download your current source of truth in Profiles. Any updates made to your location data will automatically push out to publishable sites.
