Combine widgets into a custom dashboard that you design, providing a quick view of key monitors and goals across your organization.
To create dashboards from a template:
- From the Listen tab, click Dashboards.
- Click Create Dashboard.
- Give your dashboard a title.
- Select who can view your dashboard. Options include: Private (only you can view this dashboard), Public (all users have view access), and Public (all users have edit access).
- Click Template.
- Select the monitor(s) and segment(s) to include.
- Select which template to utilize. Options include: Brand Analysis, Classic Dashboard, Crisis Management, Event Management, and Standard Report.
- Click Create.
To create custom dashboards:
- From the Listen tab, click Dashboards.
- Click Create Dashboard.
- Give your dashboard a title.
- Select who can view your dashboard. Options include: Private (only you can view this dashboard), Public (all users have view access), and Public (all users have edit access).
- Click Custom Dashboard.
- Click Create.
- Click Add Row and the 1 drop-down on the right to choose your data format.
- Format each widget. Options in the bottom right corner of each widget include: Move Row Up, Move Row Down, Add an Additional Row, Add Additional widgets, Duplicate Row, and Delete Row.
- Click Configure Widget to select a Monitor visualization.
- Choose your Monitor and Module (data type).
The Modules for Mentions, Influencers, Trends, and Demographics add additional menus to select Dataset (selecting which information you want to pull) and Visualization (how you want to display the information).
To edit a dashboard:
- From the Listen tab, click Dashboards.
- Click into the desired dashboard.
- Click the ellipsis (…) to edit any widget. Configuration options include: Monitors, Segments, Data Module, Visualization, and Timeframe.
- Click Save.
- Optionally, adjust the widgets to better fit within your dashboard.
- Click the two-line button in the top right of each widget to drag it to a new position.
- Resize widgets by clicking the side of the widget and dragging left or right.
