Hide Star Rating in Experience Insights

Turn off star ratings in Experience Insights for surveys without a rating question.

Hide star ratings when working in Experience Insights with data from surveys that contain no star rating question.

To hide star ratings:

  1. From the top right corner of the platform, click Settings .
  2. From the left navigation, click Experience Insights.
  3. Toggle Star Rating to Hide.
  4. Click Save.

When on the Experience > Insights tab, the star rating is hidden.
