Turn off star ratings in Experience Insights for surveys without a rating question.
Hide star ratings when working in Experience Insights with data from surveys that contain no star rating question.
To hide star ratings:
- From the top right corner of the platform, click Settings .
- From the left navigation, click Experience Insights.
- Toggle Star Rating to Hide.
- Click Save.
When on the Experience > Insights tab, the star rating is hidden.
Only users who have proper role permissions can adjust Experience settings.
