Comments on Facebook Ads that are left by customers on Facebook will be available within the Reputation Social Live Streams and Reputation Inbox.
These Facebook ad comments can be managed alongside your organic social posts/comments and private messages. You can engage with these Facebook ad comments by replying to or liking the comments. Social community managers will begin seeing Facebook Ad comments in the Reputation Social Live Streams and Reputation Inbox. They will be show by default within these two screens. This feature eliminates the need for social community managers to work across the Reputation platform and directly within Facebook Ad Manager. You can filter to Facebook Ad comments by choosing the “Paid” filter for post type.
