Export subratings along with main rating for deeper analysis.
Sites like TripAdvisor, Glassdoor, and Indeed allow reviewers to give ratings on categories (known as sub-ratings) along with an overall star rating. You can now export these subratings from the platform in a .csv file for deeper analysis.
To download subratings:
- From the platform, click the Reviews tab.
- Select your top line filters, including the specific source of reviews to be exported.
- Click the ellipses (…) and click Download CSV.
The subratings are available in your download.
For subratings to be included in the CSV, select only one source at a time.
