Enable tracking for number of clicks coming from Google My Business (GMB) within your web analytics.

Add a tracking appendage to the website URL displayed on GMB. You can then log into Google or Adobe Analytics and easily see how many clicks came from the Knowledge Panel, Maps listings or other places GMB data exists.

To enable tracking:

  1. Open the Directories > Profiles tab.
  2. Click to edit a location.
  3. Within the Profile information, select Yes.
