Inability to customize the SMS Opt-out and HELP response text message for review and survey requests in the short term.
This functionality is not supported on Reputation’s Twilio account architecture (Messaging platform) and cannot be supported programmatically in the platform.
The following fields have been removed from the SMS Opt-In configuration form:
- Opt Out Message
- Help Response Message
- Support phone number
- Support Email Address
Users working with SMS Requests will have a generic response for Help and Opt-out text messages. Long term fix with a programmatic approach is in the 2022 roadmap.
Note: If you are interested in customization of these messages, a custom solution can be created temporarily.
