Operational Insights has improved performance and simplification with TXI removal.
Total Experience Index (TXI) is an enhanced Net Promoter Score that includes both reviews (star rating question) and surveys (NPS question). It’s a way to measure sentiment (star rating) and loyalty (NPS) on the same scale.
The TXI metric display is no longer available. Removing the TXI metric from Insights allows users to focus where the feedback came from and the sentiment. TXI deprecation will improve reliability and performance of Operational Insights.
