DateTime Fields Match Location’s Timezone


DateTime variables in ticket responses convert to the location’s timezone.

When a DateTime field is used in a response to an Actions ticket, the time is converted from PST into the location’s timezone.

When responding to a ticket, include a DateTime variable in your response.

Standard options include:

  • {{ticket-create-date}}
  • {{ticket-start-date}}
  • {{ticket-due-date}}
  • {{ticket-original-due-date}}
  • {{ticket-close-date}}

Any custom fields created for your account in the datetime format will also be converted into the location’s timezone.
