Allow ticket takers to choose more than one option within custom fields.
To configure options for custom fields:
- From the top, right corner of the platform, click Settings .
- From the left navigation, click Tickets.
- Click the Ticket Types tab, and then click Edit next to the type you want to modify.
- Add the options you want to include in the field.
- Click Save.
