Create Manual Ticket Revamp


Manually create tickets in Actions with less confusion.

Previously, the form to manually create a ticket in Actions jumped between internal and guest data fields, making the creation process confusion and unclear. The form now includes two sections: one for guest information and another for internal ticket information.


To manually create a ticket, you can:

Click Create Ticket from the Actions tab.
Choose Ticket from the Create New drown-down in the new navigation.
Tap the plus (+) icon in the Actions tab in the Reputation mobile app.
