Make your reports more concise and digestible.
Because different users/roles/functions care about different parts of the customer experience, you can now receive a report containing only the categories that matter to you.
To customize Tornado categories:
- From the Reports menu, expand the Operations category.
- Click the Tornado Summary report.
- Click Customize.
- From the Categories drop-down, select the categories you want to include/exclude from the report.
- Click Save As, and save the report with a new name.
