Automatically assign tickets to a different queue, apply tags, or set to a new stage within a ticket rule.

To edit a ticket rule:

  1. From the top, right corner of the platform, click Settings .
  2. From the left navigation, click Automation.
  3. Locate the rule you want to modify, and click Edit.
  4. Set the Queue, Stage, and Tag that you want to apply.
  5. Click Save.
