View a summary of actioned tickets in a report format.

Schedule a custom Actions Dashboard report for to keep track of metrics relevant for your business.

To use the Actions Dashboard report:

  1. From the Reports tab, expand the Actions category.
  2. Open the Dashboard report.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Choose from the same filters you can find on the Actions dashboard.
  5. Click Preview.
